To request a firmware upgrade for your monitor, please email the following details to our support team: support@szfeelworld.com

Required Information

  1. Firmware Version ▸ Navigate to: Monitor Menu → System Information ▸ Copy the current version of the firmware on your monitor
  2. Serial Number (S/N) ▸ Locate the label on the rear housing of the monitor ▸ Provide the S/N code
