No Image After Power-On

Check the signal cable connection and monitor the input signal synchronization

Verify the use of the standard adapter/battery (per manual). For battery power: confirm full charge

Test with an alternative signal source/cable
Image Distortion/Abnormal Display

Inspect/replace signal cable (damage/loose connection causes display issues)

In Menu: Reset Check Field & Aspect Ratio

Confirm Focus Assist/Zoom/P2P are disabled

Adjust saturation/brightness/contrast or reset to factory settings
No Audio from Earphones/Speakers

Ensure volume control is enabled on camera/monitor (press/rotate volume button)

For DVI/VGA/VIDEO signals: The AUDIO input must be connected simultaneously

Test with an alternative signal source/cable
HDMI/SDI "No Signal" Alert

Confirm signal format is monitor-compatible

Check camera brand/model output specifications → Adjust internal system/video settings

Test alternative input formats

Replace the HDMI/SDI cable/signal source
