No Image After Power-On

  1. Check the signal cable connection and monitor the input signal synchronization
  2. Verify the use of the standard adapter/battery (per manual). For battery power: confirm full charge
  3. Test with an alternative signal source/cable

Image Distortion/Abnormal Display

  1. Inspect/replace signal cable (damage/loose connection causes display issues)
  2. In Menu: Reset Check Field & Aspect Ratio
  3. Confirm Focus Assist/Zoom/P2P are disabled
  4. Adjust saturation/brightness/contrast or reset to factory settings

No Audio from Earphones/Speakers

  1. Ensure volume control is enabled on camera/monitor (press/rotate volume button)
  2. For DVI/VGA/VIDEO signals: The AUDIO input must be connected simultaneously
  3. Test with an alternative signal source/cable

HDMI/SDI "No Signal" Alert

  1. Confirm signal format is monitor-compatible
  2. Check camera brand/model output specifications → Adjust internal system/video settings
  3. Test alternative input formats
  4. Replace the HDMI/SDI cable/signal source
