  1. SZFEELWORLD does not accept non-defective returns - verify product details before purchase
  2. Defective items: Request replacement within 30 days of delivery
  3. 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects (customer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipping)

II. Eligibility Criteria
Returns/exchanges require:

  • Items in original condition (packaging, tags, accessories)
  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Trackable shipping (provide tracking# via email)

VI. Critical Notes

  1. Non-defective returns require pre-approval (unsolicited returns discarded)
