- SZFEELWORLD does not accept non-defective returns - verify product details before purchase
- Defective items: Request replacement within 30 days of delivery
- 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects (customer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipping)
II. Eligibility Criteria
Returns/exchanges require:
- Items in original condition (packaging, tags, accessories)
- Valid proof of purchase
- Trackable shipping (provide tracking# via email)
