Regarding shipping fees:
Free shipping applies only to selected countries. Buyers in other regions are responsible for shipping fees and may choose between economy or expedited carriers. Items containing lithium batteries will ship exclusively via FedEx due to regulatory certification requirements. We appreciate your understanding.

Processing and delivery:
Orders ship within 5 business days after payment confirmation. If items are out of stock, we will notify you via email with revised delivery timelines. Shipments originate from local warehouses (typically no import duties) or China (customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility). Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment - please monitor your inbox.

Upon package receipt:
Inspect parcels immediately for damage. If compromised:

  2. Contact us within 48 hours with photo proof of damage

1. Local Warehouse Delivery

You may notice that some products display "Local Warehouse" as a delivery option during checkout. This indicates the item may be available in our regional warehouses located in specific countries (including the United States, Australia, Japan, and most EU nations). When local warehouse stock is confirmed, we prioritize these shipments to accelerate delivery and typically avoid import tariffs.

If your address is not serviceable from local warehouses, orders will ship via DHL/FedEx with a 5-7 business day delivery timeline (subject to smooth customs clearance). For shipping eligibility inquiries, please contact us.

Local warehouse shipments significantly reduce delivery times and simplify customs processes.

If local warehouse stock is depleted:

  1. You will receive an email with the estimated restock date.
  2. You may then choose to:
    • Wait for local warehouse replenishment, or
    • Request immediate shipment from China

If service is unavailable in your region, we will automatically ship from China and notify you.

2. Shipments from China: Freight & Delivery Timelines

When items are unavailable in local warehouses, orders will ship from China. We select carriers based on destination:

  • DHL: 5-7 business days (subject to customs clearance)
  • FedEx: 6-8 business days (subject to customs clearance)
  • China Post: 20-30 business days
    Note: Remote areas may experience longer transit times. Actual delivery windows vary by region.

Special Provisions:

  • Shipments to Brazil exclusively use China Post
  • Expedited delivery via DHL is available upon request
  • Carrier changes require prior contact with our team

Import duties may apply to China-originated shipments and are the buyer's responsibility.

If local stock is unavailable:

  • Shipments originate from China via China Post Registered Mail (20-30 business days) or expedited carriers (DHL/FedEx: 7-10 business days)
  • Carrier selection adapts to customer requirements
  • Remote areas may experience extended transit times
