Overview

Monitor your 4K HDR signals with clarity in the field with the FEELWORLD S7 7" 12G-SDI/HDMI 2.0 Camera Field Monitor. This compact, 7" touchscreen field monitor with a durable aluminum chassis features 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 inputs and outputs so you can view your 4K footage without the need for down-res. The LCD panel features a 1920 x 1200 resolution, a 1200:1 contrast ratio, and 1600 cd/m² brightness for a crisp viewing experience, even in sunlight.

Other features include HDMI/SDI cross conversion to eliminate the need for external converters, a 16-channel audio meter, 10-bit color depth, HDR HLG support, applying 3D LUTs on loop output, a 3-color tally light, cooling fans, and support for 11 languages. Numerous professional imaging tools are built in for accurate monitoring, including waveform, vectorscope, histogram, and more. It is powered using a power adapter or the rear dual L-series battery mount.

Many times, 4K camcorders are used for on-site shooting, while the director often uses a 2K monitor for monitoring. Using 4x3G-SDI is not convenient in practical applications and is not accepted. FEELWORLD releases the first 7-inch 12G-SDI field monitor. With it, you can reduce system complexity in a 4K workflow. Instead of 4 x 3G-SDI cables to get a 4K video image, you only need a single 12G-SDI, and get rid of the awkward situation of monitoring 2K while shooting 4K.

Support to load 32 custom LUTs

The LUT loading function makes the color calibration easier and more intuitive, optimizes the workflow, and improves the work efficiency in the early stage of shooting. You could use built-in LOG or upload .cube files. S7 allows you to load internally up to 32 custom LUTs, looks, or profiles at any time via the SD Card Slot and instantly select between them, maintaining creative intent, always.

3D LUT Loop-out

HDMI and 3G-SDI can output the video or image with a 3D LUT effect. When you are live streaming, you can connect the S7 output as a live broadcast image to add a cinematic; when shooting on-set, you can output the image with LUT to the director or client for real-time monitoring by connecting a wireless device to strengthen teamwork.
Note: To use HDMI with LUT output, you need to set the HDMI output to "display" (enter main menu--System--Source--Output Source--HDMI OUT--Display)

Built-in waveform monitoring, you can choose from waveform (RGB Parade, YUV Parade, Y Parade), vector scope, histogram, audio phase and level displays, and get broadcast accurate waveform monitoring that shows everything you need to know technically about your video and audio signals. The functions can be opened separately, and also support one key to open all scope modes. S7 becomes the ideal choice for live production monitoring, so you no longer need to use separate expensive scopes!

Up to 16-channel Audio Meter Level

S7 can de-embed audio from SDI and HDMI. Under HDMI, you can select 2 channels, 4 channels, 8 channels audio meters display; under SDI, you can select 2 channels, 4 channels,8 channels, and 16 channels audio meters display. You can also move it horizontal or vertical position, and don't worry about covering the image.

12G-SDI & 4K HDMI Input and Output

Equipped with 12G-SDI and 4K HDMI inputs and outputs, supports up to 4096x2160/60p &3840x2160/60p signal, compatible with professional camcorders and the latest DSLR cameras on the market. In addition, S7 also comes with a 3G-SDI output and provides a 3.5mm headphone jack to monitor audio.

HDMI and SDI Cross Conversion, Easy to Handle Various Applications

S7 built-in signal cross conversion allows you to convert an HDMI signal to an SDI signal or an SDI signal to an HDMI signal. You can easily convert signals and needn't the additional converters. It can be used for various broadcasting and live production.

3-color TALLY Light, Enhance Team Cooperation

S7, including a tally light, can display in red, green, or yellow Tally signal. This means during live production, you will always know when you are recording or on-air, or you can see which camera is cued up on your switcher's preview output. Tally is connected via an industry-standard parallel pin connector on the rear panel.

Flexible Power Supply, Long-lasting Power for Shooting

You can connect to the DC power input to get continuous power or use the standard F970 dual battery plate to install an NP-F series battery for mobile applications. An F970 battery (6600mAh) lasts for about 3 hours. The upper right corner of the monitor will display the battery level after the battery is installed. Two batteries are installed at the same time. When one is running low, you can quickly switch to the other one without worrying about losing power midway. The V-mount battery plate is optional.

11 Languages Supporting

S7 built-in up to 11 languages, which means S7 is perfect for doing international location work with different crews because you can just go into the menu and change the language any time you need!
